GREAT experience moving my 401k! I've been sitting on a 401k for over a decade - It was SO easy to move it over with Capitalize. Capitalize provided step-by-step instructions, including mailing the check to the new provider, and the agent checked on me through email and offered help when needed. Great customer service Capitalize followed up with my old company to release my 401-K funds. They then helped assist with rolling over to an IRA.
