Easy Process and Wonderful Customer Service The whole process was so smooth and much easier than if I had tried to handle my rollover alone. I put my rollover off for quite a while because I thought the process would be a headache, but Travia was so helpful that I wish I had done it sooner! She gave me easy to understand explanations for each step of the process and even helped me to make sure I was moving my money to the right type of account.
