Shining Star Yesterday, Cory Cooper ‘hung in there’ while I tried multiple times to open an attached form via email or text IT WAS AN RMD FORM NEEDED FOR 2023 INCOME TAX REPORT. I think I failed to open the attachment due to not having a PC. I think Cory has the patience of Job. Today, I asked him to pls send attachment to H&RBlock computer. He did so immediately. We finally opened the form. Cory is a SHINNING STAR KEEPER employee! Best Stratta employee ever.
