USI had a situation where I didn't know… I had a situation where I didn't know how to proceed with my IRA roll-over. I called Strata and got to speak with Mary. She was so helpful on the phone and she immediately sent me the forms via email that I needed to fill out to complete my transaction. She was so patient in repeating the instructions so I could complete it. I filled out the forms and mailed them, same day. I'm so grateful for her help. She's great at customer service!

USShining Star Yesterday, Cory Cooper ‘hung in there’ while I tried multiple times to open an attached form via email or text IT WAS AN RMD FORM NEEDED FOR 2023 INCOME TAX REPORT. I think I failed to open the attachment due to not having a PC. I think Cory has the patience of Job. Today, I asked him to pls send attachment to H&RBlock computer. He did so immediately. We finally opened the form. Cory is a SHINNING STAR KEEPER employee! Best Stratta employee ever.
