GBRMD made easy with Strata The young lady that I talked with walked me through paperwork I needed to fill out for my RMD. She was knowledgeable, helpful and very polite. I was finished in just a few minutes and confident that everything was in order. She also told me what to expect once my paperwork was received by Strata.

GBBetter only give them 1 task to do at a… Better only give them 1 task to do at a time. You will need to move up one lever from the person that answers the phone to get a real answer.

GBI was very confused about my fees and… I was very confused about my fees and needed to make sure they were paid securely. Heather assisted me by phone. Together we went through the auto pay set up on my computer. She was VERY helpful and patient.
