GBI had a situation where I didn't know… I had a situation where I didn't know how to proceed with my IRA roll-over. I called Strata and got to speak with Mary. She was so helpful on the phone and she immediately sent me the forms via email that I needed to fill out to complete my transaction. She was so patient in repeating the instructions so I could complete it. I filled out the forms and mailed them, same day. I'm so grateful for her help. She's great at customer service!

GBI always get clear answers and… I always get clear answers and instructions when I call Strata Trust with any questions or concerns. I never have to wait for half an hour (sometimes more) to speak to a representative which is the case at many reputable institutions lately. Great customer support!
