GBNew account - Moved from another firm I moved from another firm due to concern over losses and high fees over the life of this relationship. I am well into retirement and have limited money saved. My new account lost over $1000 in the first 4 days (.5 %). I stayed with my last account manager for 7 years based on the account rebounding, it did not. I can not wait that long again, should this become a trend.

If she worked this hard before I became a client, I felt she would do due diligence for a client. She has been patient with my computer-ignorance, walking me through step by step.
