Smart, customized, responsive I signed up for a Medicaid Benefits Consultation on behalf of my 90-year old mother who is currently in Assisted Living. Margaret provided an excellent summary in my initial conversation. The consultation with Liz was extremely helpful and she was able to answer almost all of my questions on the initial call. If she didn't have the answer, she followed up with colleagues or did additional research and got back to me quickly. I am very happy I worked with ECR on this important process. It is really good customer service It is really good customer service. The two associates I worked with Jennifer and Edith were very helpful. They explained what I needed to do and what would required of me in the future. They went the extra mile and helped with an issue at the very end. I would recommend them to my friends and family and if needed would use their services again.

William came across as an ass. William was so demanding and did not seem interested in helping me as my wife is and has been in a nursing home for over 2 years, He told me my attorney was not knowledgeable and everything that has been done during the past years is not helpful or financially beneficial to me. I guess he is the expert and has no patience. I thought he was a professional jerk. He has no compassion. I was expecting an overview of how your process works. All I recieved was interrogation and criticism. I feel like I might as well give up and die. What is the point??

Eldercare Planning never gives up We had to place our 94 year old mother into a memory care facility but she had no income except social security. We heard about Eldercare Resource Planning and learned after a review of her situation they felt she would qualify for Medicaid. It took 7 months due to unique circumstance of our mother's past finances but we finally got approval. Eldercare completed most of the paper work , advised us on what we had to do and kept the state agency to task. They were very thorough and to task. They never gave up. We never could had been successful without them . We highly recommend them.

Money well spent Eldercare Resource Planning were able to get both of my parents quickly transitioned from private pay to Medicaid pending when their Medicare coverage ran out at their skilled nursing facility. They stayed on their case for for five months, working with the local county social worker to get them fully qualified under Medi-Cal with the correct share of cost. They were even able to get their Medi-Cal coverage back dated to the first day of loss of Medicare coverage, which was a huge financial relief, saving my family more than double the cost of ECR's fees just for that one decision alone. Initially I was skeptical of their flat-fee and promise to not stop working until my parents were fully covered, but that's exactly what they did. There were no surprise charges and they stayed fully engaged, quickly responding to emails and phone calls, and making themselves available for phone consultation whenever I needed it. I can't recommend them enough. Save yourself the trouble of trying to do this on your own. These guys are the pros and their fee is totally worth it.
