Completely Satisfied With This Service We were assigned to one specialist and then they switched me to another specialist, only to go back to the original specialist... that was a bit confusing. Other than that, our experience with ECR Planning was great. Liz was knowledgeable and explained things clearly. She was organized and responded in a timely fashion. She kept us on task without being pesky. Their document sharing system was easy to use. It was worth the money in having their guidance through the process.
