No payout I qualified for my first payout and requested one over two weeks ago without receiving it or even a response. When putting in a ticket with support, it said to expect a response in a day. Two days later it said to expect a response in three days. Today their customer service center was completely down. From my research I believe TopStep is legitimate and (at least until recently?) pays out it's qualifying traders. Everything else I've experienced with them has been positive, so I am holding my breath hoping this is some technical issues and not something else.

They made sure the issues were resolved properly and my satisfaction was considered This was done well after normal business hours. As slammed as they are, they treat their customers as if they matter.

Mega Mike, That’s It 3rd time I’ve made a review on Topstep but this one is here to stay, Mike has completely gone above and beyond to get my issues resolved he’s restored my 10/10 support with Topstep even with how busy Topstep has been over the last few weeks Mike kept me updated on what’s going on and got my account set back up super quick. Genuinely wish all Topstep support was as easy to deal with as Mike is. Mega Mike could turn water to wine I reckon he’s that good ❤️

Very happy with the ease of purchasing… Very happy with the ease of purchasing combines and the smooth transition to the express accounts. One thing is frustrating is that there is no way to speak to somebody. I have two express $150,000 accounts and working on my third. I need assistance with setting up copy trading. I have Ninja however possibly want to move my accounts to Topstep X ??

I am really comfortable using TopStep I think everything is clear and it’s so easy to use additionally the results of the day appear every day so you can manage your plan and your risk for tomorrow .
