Great team and fantastic people Matthew and Eric was absolutely fantastic to work with. I could not believe that they refinanced our loan so quickly. Matthew really went above and beyond to explain and help me every step of the way! It was a pleasure to work with him and Eric. I will definitely work with them again!

Marison and Tammy SUPERSTARS!!! Marisol and Tammy helped me with two loans one for a refi and a new purchase. Honestly, they made this process so seamless. PHH Mortgage has the worst customer… PHH Mortgage has the worst customer service.. Their customer service centers are in another country where all the reps have very thick accents and are hard to understand. They will charge you for every type of payment unless its a scheduled monthly payment. Documents are are hard to come by. For instance if you want to view your original note you cannot see it on your online account.. you have to request it by mail and they charge you for it.

They made it easier Eric was patient and wonderful to work with. You don't often find folks working in customer relations that actually have the tact to deal with the public.

Stay on top of Home Owners payments! Marissa and Marie were super helpful, polite and professional. Made process easy even with some hurdles we had to overcome. Worst part was finding out my home owners had been canceled because my original mortgage with PHH did not pay the premium after assuring the insurance company they would overnight the payment. Thankfully nothing happened during the several months I did not game insurance!
