USIdea Financial has quickly become a…valuable member of our support team at United P&H. Idea Financial has quickly become a member of our support team at United P&H. Jim Picanso of Idea and Jon Cohen of Fundible.com worked together-- listening to, and understanding, our needs. They have quickly and effectively provided a credit line option that we are using and should be easy to manage. Jim and Jon clearly enjoy helping people. I would highly recommend the team of Idea Financial and Fundible.com.

USExemplary customer service! Idea Financial's customer service is exemplary. They actually seemed to want my business. I was able to apply, close and draw on our line of credit in less than a week. We are using it as bridge funding while we work through the much lengthier process of getting an SBA Loan. As a business owner, I've applied for loans many times over the years and this was by far the easiest.

USGood experience opening my account Good experience opening my account. Interesting how a cold call can result in a good experience. For a B2B type inquiry, it is often good to be open to new ideas. I am optimistic about Idea Financial

USSo many funding opportunities so little professionalism I was receiving funding opportunities everyday from multiple sources. Most were aggressive and had an agenda that more suited their needs not my company's. Cameron reached out to me, followed with a call, heard I was busy respected the situation. He then followed with an email and was patient until I responded. Once we spoke Cameron was very helpful and handled the needs I was looking for at the time. He follows up and follows through.

USCREDIT LINE DRAW REJECTED WHEN NEEDED We applied for a credit line to finance a remodeling project for our restaurant. We needed to finance not only the construction but the operational costs as we would be closed for a few months. The day we tried to draw down the credit line it was refused due to "loss of revenue". Well that's what happens when you close your business for a remodeling project! Now we have to scramble to find another credit line to continue the project. Its almost as if they expect you to borrow when you don't need it yet refuse to lend when you do need it. Not cool at all and defeats the whole purpose of a credit line. DO NOT EVER WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
