GBFrom day one I was treated like I was the only customer. I was treated as if this loan was top priority. From day one I was treated as if my request was always a priority with my banker handling my request. I was alway informed of any and all changes and bank requests. When bank asked for more info my agent was fast to respond and very helpful in informing me of the needs. I was taken care of as if I was the only customer she had.

He always had answers to my million and one questions and made sure that everyone in his office was completely up to speed and able to help if he wasn’t available

GBIf I could do ZERO stars If I could do ZERO stars, I would. Courtney B was uncommunicative and not helpful AT ALL! I applied and received a letter asking for identification verification. I provided and another week went by. Then DENIAL. Poor poor poor customer service. Went to my local credit union ( a little more trouble to deal with title, but way better) I would NOT recommend Trident. I only used them because the boat was listed on Boat Trader and thought they would offer a seamless transaction.
