Friendly and quick! Friendly folks! We applied for and received loan approval since 2020. However, we just never found the right boat deal. When we decided to purchase an RV motorhome instead, the process was quick!

If I could do ZERO stars If I could do ZERO stars, I would. Courtney B was uncommunicative and not helpful AT ALL! I applied and received a letter asking for identification verification. I provided and another week went by. Then DENIAL. Poor poor poor customer service. Went to my local credit union ( a little more trouble to deal with title, but way better) I would NOT recommend Trident. I only used them because the boat was listed on Boat Trader and thought they would offer a seamless transaction.

From day one I was treated like I was the only customer. I was treated as if this loan was top priority. From day one I was treated as if my request was always a priority with my banker handling my request. I was alway informed of any and all changes and bank requests. When bank asked for more info my agent was fast to respond and very helpful in informing me of the needs. I was taken care of as if I was the only customer she had.

Great Experience! Easy process! I shopped around for the best rate and stumbled upon the best funding company as well. Naiche "Nacho" Sedillos was great to work with, quick to respond and truly made the process simple. He's also a fellow veteran. I would definitely use Trident for future loans and most surely contact Nacho direct!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I recently used Trident funding to purchase an RV. The process was long with very little communication from ANYONE in the company. Jonathan Jenkins and Ricky Aubrey were absolutely AWFUL to work with. They dropped the ball on my registration and plate and I am sitting at 8 weeks of owning a camper with no registration or plate. They don't answer calls and they don't call back. STAY AWAY from this company.
