I had a challenge for them in that I was time limited to make this deal work, and my Trident agent, Naiche (Nacho) Sedillos, went above and beyond great customer service, often working well after hours (9:30pm one night) sending emails or messages for information from me he needed to keep things rolling for the next day. I wanted to make sure and give credit and review for job well done, since it seems so many only review when things don’t go well. So thank you Trident, and more to the point Nacho for great customer service.
