If I could do ZERO stars If I could do ZERO stars, I would. Courtney B was uncommunicative and not helpful AT ALL! I applied and received a letter asking for identification verification. I provided and another week went by. Then DENIAL. Poor poor poor customer service. Went to my local credit union ( a little more trouble to deal with title, but way better) I would NOT recommend Trident. I only used them because the boat was listed on Boat Trader and thought they would offer a seamless transaction.

Jonathan Jenkins and Ricky Aubrey were absolutely AWFUL to work with. They dropped the ball on my registration and plate and I am sitting at 8 weeks of owning a camper with no registration or plate. They don't answer calls and they don't call back. STAY AWAY from this company.
