GBIf I could do ZERO stars If I could do ZERO stars, I would. Courtney B was uncommunicative and not helpful AT ALL! I applied and received a letter asking for identification verification. I provided and another week went by. Then DENIAL. Poor poor poor customer service. Went to my local credit union ( a little more trouble to deal with title, but way better) I would NOT recommend Trident. I only used them because the boat was listed on Boat Trader and thought they would offer a seamless transaction.

GBFriendly and quick! Friendly folks! We applied for and received loan approval since 2020. However, we just never found the right boat deal. When we decided to purchase an RV motorhome instead, the process was quick!
