If I could do ZERO stars If I could do ZERO stars, I would. Courtney B was uncommunicative and not helpful AT ALL! I applied and received a letter asking for identification verification. I provided and another week went by. Then DENIAL. Poor poor poor customer service. Went to my local credit union ( a little more trouble to deal with title, but way better) I would NOT recommend Trident. I only used them because the boat was listed on Boat Trader and thought they would offer a seamless transaction.

I just financed a boat with Trident I just financed a boat with Trident. I had a challenge for them in that I was time limited to make this deal work, and my Trident agent, Naiche (Nacho) Sedillos, went above and beyond great customer service, often working well after hours (9:30pm one night) sending emails or messages for information from me he needed to keep things rolling for the next day. I wanted to make sure and give credit and review for job well done, since it seems so many only review when things don’t go well. So thank you Trident, and more to the point Nacho for great customer service.

From day one I was treated like I was the only customer. I was treated as if this loan was top priority. From day one I was treated as if my request was always a priority with my banker handling my request. I was alway informed of any and all changes and bank requests. When bank asked for more info my agent was fast to respond and very helpful in informing me of the needs. I was taken care of as if I was the only customer she had.
