GBIf I could do ZERO stars If I could do ZERO stars, I would. Courtney B was uncommunicative and not helpful AT ALL! I applied and received a letter asking for identification verification. I provided and another week went by. Then DENIAL. Poor poor poor customer service. Went to my local credit union ( a little more trouble to deal with title, but way better) I would NOT recommend Trident. I only used them because the boat was listed on Boat Trader and thought they would offer a seamless transaction.

GBLesley walked us through the entire… Lesley walked us through the entire process, which ultimately let us to make a boat purchase that we had planned on making a little bit later in life. It was exactly as she said it would be. She also referred us to capable people in the other professions to make the process work.
