Naiche "Nacho" Sedillos was great to work with, quick to respond and truly made the process simple. He's also a fellow veteran. GBIf I could do ZERO stars If I could do ZERO stars, I would. Courtney B was uncommunicative and not helpful AT ALL! I applied and received a letter asking for identification verification. I provided and another week went by. Then DENIAL. Poor poor poor customer service. Went to my local credit union ( a little more trouble to deal with title, but way better) I would NOT recommend Trident. I only used them because the boat was listed on Boat Trader and thought they would offer a seamless transaction.
