The service you offer is great The service you offer is great, however not always accurate. Also the constant turn over in account reps is a little disheartening. Response times with my previous reps were almost immediate, now the response times are 24-48 hours. Hopefully the delay is that your business has grown and your clientele basis has expanded. Would just like to see a rep for more than 6 months!

I know when I contact her I will get a timely response. On the downside we have run credit reports on a couple of customers that were not accurate or we questioned the accuracy of the report.

Highly Recommended We use CreditSafe to determine if we are going to extend Net Terms to customers. We won't always find the customer, but when I submit a request for a report for the missing information, it is done in a timely manner where the decision making process is quicker and easier for us. That is extremely important!
