ITRelief Rachel and team have been prompt at addressing concerns. Especially while the previous Roth IRA custodian was bleeding me dry with it's 'monthly custodial fees', Nabers Group was searching for options to sidestep this. They have guided me in transitioning to a different 'no hassles' custodian. While this transition is not yet complete, but it appears to be in the works. Thanks to Nabers Group.

GBGreat Fiduciary! Experience with Nabers Group for our Solo401K Trust has been excellent. Their support is superb, and have been very helpful on multiple occasions when we had questions as a newbie. They even alerted us to a pending liquidity issue with Gemini's Crypto Earn program, allowing us to pull our funds out before they got locked from withdrawals! GBI am still not setup I am still not setup. Playing phone tag with my rep. Need guidance on setting up the accounts and how to effectively use the trust and LLC. I think Nabler's over estimates the knowledge of the self employed to navigate multi state paper work and aligning up with the IRS. getting invoices from the state of Wyoming for the LLC I had no idea I would be receiving.

GBI miss talking to a real human I miss talking to a real human. Nabers has a fine product offering, however, I was very disappointed during the set up process to discover that the rep who sold me on the Nabers experience via the phone would no longer be my point of contact. Now all communication is via email/chat. Does Nabers respond? Yes, but I would really enjoy picking up the phone and having a simple live conversation when I have a question.
