GBI miss talking to a real human I miss talking to a real human. Nabers has a fine product offering, however, I was very disappointed during the set up process to discover that the rep who sold me on the Nabers experience via the phone would no longer be my point of contact. Now all communication is via email/chat. Does Nabers respond? Yes, but I would really enjoy picking up the phone and having a simple live conversation when I have a question.

GBSteer clear of this solo401k Steer clear of this solo401k. I'm being denied access to my bank account because of a glitch in their software, can't recover funds and still don't have access to accounting from the middle of last year.

CAInitial call was good but downhill from there⦠Initial call was good but downhill from there. Canned email responses to questions. Very little assistance after payment was made. Solera is a joke and a waste of time. Titan makes up for that somewhat. The differences between the two are striking. I submitted an app on the website for Gemini. No confirmation or correspondence at all until I received an email that my app was being put on hold. By then I had already opened a Kraken account. I would have done more buinsess with you including my IRA, but that's not happening.

GBThoroughly satisfied Rachel and Josh were able to answer all questions and concerns I had, the platform is easy to use and the entire process felt safe and effortless. My only regret is that i did not inform myself about solo401ks earlier in life.
