Education articles and simplicity of setting up with clear instructions made it easy for me. If you need more than self directed 401K they are ready to assist.

Nabers has a fine product offering, however, I was very disappointed during the set up process to discover that the rep who sold me on the Nabers experience via the phone would no longer be my point of contact. Now all communication is via email/chat. Does Nabers respond? Yes, but I would really enjoy picking up the phone and having a simple live conversation when I have a question.

It requires more knowledge than a… It requires more knowledge than a casual read to know the meaning of the vast paperwork we must sign. It's disruptive to have to stop & email each question for an answer in order to proceed. Even then, I'm not sure I understand the implications.

Great service. Please think about phone service for existing customers The team is very knowledgeable and patient with ignorant customers like me. Ability for existing customers to talk over phone (even if it is for a small hourly fees) would be a great feature that you should seriously think about. This will grow your business because most Self-employed biz. and CPA do not usually understand the complexities of Solo 401k plans.

Relief Rachel and team have been prompt at addressing concerns. Especially while the previous Roth IRA custodian was bleeding me dry with it's 'monthly custodial fees', Nabers Group was searching for options to sidestep this. They have guided me in transitioning to a different 'no hassles' custodian. While this transition is not yet complete, but it appears to be in the works. Thanks to Nabers Group.
