Do not ever use this company if you or… Do not ever use this company if you or your client needs a foreign national loan. While this loan is not easy, a lender should know the requirements and tell the client the correct information from the beginning. This company changed and re-changed their demands on a daily basis. Only a few days before closing, knowing the buyer lacked a SSN and was not in possession of an EIN, the buyer was then told he had to pay another 1.5 per cent PLUS bring an additional 12K to the table to close. They have no idea what they are doing and made for a very stressful transaction for everyone. The buyer was able to close quickly with another lender, good for him! Maybe they are good for loans for US citizens, but I don't recommend them for foreign national loans.

As branch manager having multiple loan officers under me she took a lot off my plate answering the loan officers questions, so I could continue to manage the rest of the branch. ACRA is the BEST for NON-QM LOANS I recently had two loans that were for a foreign national. These were "difficult" loans that most lenders could not do, however, Acra handled them perfectly! Made It Happen I was working a Bk Stmt deal for several months with Stephen Salantri and Valerie Shields. There were times when we thought the deal was going south due to some challenging conditions.
