ACRA is the BEST for NON-QM LOANS I recently had two loans that were for a foreign national. These were "difficult" loans that most lenders could not do, however, Acra handled them perfectly! This bank does not loan money This bank does not loan money. Do not waste your time. There LTV is horrible. They have so many requirements that will make a loan impossible. Very high interest. If you like wasting your time and hurting your credit and not getting a loan this is the bank for you. They also are very slow at underwriting. It could take months.
