I absolutely love Laura VanOlden… I absolutely love Laura VanOlden however your system is not easy to work with and the process is very delayed. It is not a great experience not to be able to view ANYTHING uploaded, reviewed or cleared. This puts the brokers in the dark completely throughout the process with high pressure on your team to give responses and updates which is a delay and waste of time. would be better if we could view loan all together.

ACRA is the BEST for NON-QM LOANS I recently had two loans that were for a foreign national. These were "difficult" loans that most lenders could not do, however, Acra handled them perfectly! My AE, Stephen Salantri, and my account manager Lindsay Stafford partnered with me throughout the entire process. Without them, I would not have gotten these loans to close. This bank does not loan money This bank does not loan money. Do not waste your time. There LTV is horrible. They have so many requirements that will make a loan impossible. Very high interest. If you like wasting your time and hurting your credit and not getting a loan this is the bank for you. They also are very slow at underwriting. It could take months.
