This bank does not loan money This bank does not loan money. Do not waste your time. There LTV is horrible. They have so many requirements that will make a loan impossible. Very high interest. If you like wasting your time and hurting your credit and not getting a loan this is the bank for you. They also are very slow at underwriting. It could take months.

Brige Loan with Stephen Salanitri The process in getting this bridge loan approved and closed was tedious. However the people involved, Stephen Salanitri, Lola Cole and Amanda Goodman were fantastic. Stephen really went above and beyond to help us get this closed on time. Amanda is also amazing and went above and beyond as well!! We couldn't have done it without them!

ACRA is the BEST for NON-QM LOANS I recently had two loans that were for a foreign national. These were "difficult" loans that most lenders could not do, however, Acra handled them perfectly! My AE, Stephen Salantri, and my account manager Lindsay Stafford partnered with me throughout the entire process. Without them, I would not have gotten these loans to close.
