Just a great company Optimus customer service is just awesome. Jake and the team take great care of their customers. Platform is reliable. The daily max stop loss is a great feature that not much brokers offers. I would love to see a mobile app and the ability to create stops and TPs strategies. Thanks guys!!

Rock Solid Exceptional support and a rock solid connection has been my experience. I evaluated Optimus Futures against some larger competitors and the competitors suffered from constant connection and latency issues. The tools offered from Optimus Futures and supporting documentation are also very well done. I've been able to switch to the provided journaling tool which was an another additional cost savings.

New to futures , not to trading I moved over to trading futures from think or swim. I wasn’t exactly sure what I needed as far as data subscriptions and order routing. Great customer service, affordable service Answered all my questions, speedy delivery of account. Friendly and cordial customer service. Also very affordable. They don't have monthly costs for their service, only the data feed to cme. My only con is they don't offer multiple well known platforms. I would've loved to be able to use tradovate for example but they don't offer it.

They have a great platform and reasonable rates, but the thing that makes the biggest difference is the team and the level of support they provide. The team over at Optimus is top notch. They not only help you get started with great guides and videos, but they are also responsive over email and seem to genuinely want to help.
