Onboarding to TradeZero Today was my onboarding to TradeZero as a new customer. since it's my day one, therefore everything looked blocked and not working until the support guys helped me over the chat. Thanks to all agents who contacted me, especially Raul who guided me step by step in all actions done until i am working normally as well as answering all my questions. BEWARE Hidden fees are a regular thing at trade zero. You will wake up and be down hundreds of dollars wondering what happened if you contact them they will tell you this is normal because of their fees. They do not tell you which fees or how much they are but they will constantly steal money from your account

Laggy / Crashy Platform Laggy software, clunky trade entry options, sometimes the connection gets lost altogether and nothing works - not the platform for momentum/scalp traders! Don't expect so much as an apology from the support staff when you lose hundreds or more because of the system failures. And the fee structure shown on their FAQ is not the one used to charge you. They will point to some other part of the site to qualify the hoops you need to jump through to actually get "zero fees" - suffice to say, your trades won't qualify. I'll be reverting to the industry leader's platform.
