THLaggy / Crashy Platform Laggy software, clunky trade entry options, sometimes the connection gets lost altogether and nothing works - not the platform for momentum/scalp traders! Don't expect so much as an apology from the support staff when you lose hundreds or more because of the system failures. And the fee structure shown on their FAQ is not the one used to charge you. They will point to some other part of the site to qualify the hoops you need to jump through to actually get "zero fees" - suffice to say, your trades won't qualify. I'll be reverting to the industry leader's platform.
