GBYou may want to look elsewhere I'm losing faith in GoldStar's ability to manage my IRA. I sent in a sell order for some of my precious metals on 4/4. It is now 5/1 and there is no indication when the sale of my metals will go through. This shouldn't be that hard. I'm surprised my PM dealer didn't pull the plug on this transaction, what with taking this long for them to get the metals. I'm concerned now for the remainder of my portfolio. I don't know if I can trust GoldStar to represent my interests or manage my IRA responsibly. On top of that, today I received a letter from Centennial Bank (GoldStar Trust Company is a division of Centennial Bank) that my account was hacked into and my personal info stolen, including account #'s. Icing on the cake. Wonderful. If you are considering GoldStar for your retirement account needs perhaps you should look elsewhere. Unless they get their act together, I'd recommend some other custodian. There are a slew of them. Perhaps you'd be better served by some other company.

GBGood & Quick Customer Service I like that they would reply to my emails, usually within 12hrs. My IRAS Precious Metals payment transaction was much faster than expected. Their web site said it could take up to 2 weeks. I requested a wire transfer to GoldStar on Mon from Fidelity & it was in my account by Wed. I then could make my Silver coin purchase & my payment to my dealer was made on Thur by GoldStar so now my purchase can be shipped to the depository I selected. Very smooth transaction!

GBShould’ve done it sooner These are unchartered waters for me. The team at Gold Star Trust made it easy as they guided me step by step over the phone and with other companies we were dealing with. I was putting this off because I thought it would be complicated, but it wasn’t. I should’ve done it sooner.
