I was able to make a confirmed purchase… I was able to make a confirmed purchase of gold and silver within 20 minutes after I had talked to a Gold Specialist but I had to wait on the phone for about 2 hours before I was able to talk a Gold Specialist. I was advised by the Gold Specialist that their firm was inundated with calls and it was difficult for the Birch Gold Group to get to everyone this day in a timely manner. I felt very comfortable talking to the Gold Specialist and I am very comfortable with my purchase.
