GBI would not recommend using this… I would not recommend using this company. The staff is incompetent (exemplified by emails that don't make any sense because there are no full sentences). Additionally, when forms are sent to them by other institutions (such as the precious metals brokers) they are completely ignored. When calling to ask why the action has not been taken, the reply is "We did not receive the form". To my response "Yes it was sent on this date and this date AND a third date" the answer is "OK, I will go look for it". They charge fees for every little thing, an egregious amount in my opinion.

GBShould’ve done it sooner These are unchartered waters for me. The team at Gold Star Trust made it easy as they guided me step by step over the phone and with other companies we were dealing with. I was putting this off because I thought it would be complicated, but it wasn’t. I should’ve done it sooner.

GBI was able to make a confirmed purchase… I was able to make a confirmed purchase of gold and silver within 20 minutes after I had talked to a Gold Specialist but I had to wait on the phone for about 2 hours before I was able to talk a Gold Specialist. I was advised by the Gold Specialist that their firm was inundated with calls and it was difficult for the Birch Gold Group to get to everyone this day in a timely manner. I felt very comfortable talking to the Gold Specialist and I am very comfortable with my purchase.
