GBSmooth quiccess and we got the closing in the time frame I needed. Very good experience working with Justin styler and the processor. Everything went fast according to plan. The only thing that went wrong was I didn't receive the cash back money that I was told originally I would be getting due to rental survey that lending one stated.

GBCould be better... Initial loan coordinator was unresponsive at times. She also advised initial disclosures would be sent, however it wasn't not done until after they switched coordinators and requested several times. The 2nd coordinator was helpful. Once it came to closing date closing documentation that was sent to title was incorrect. After several changes and 2 hours spent at the closing table my monthly payment for escrows is still incorrect. Overall, I was just happy the deal didn't fall through. It was not a great experience for my first time using a private lending company.

GBJohnn Alvarez and the entire LendingOne… Johnn Alvarez and the entire LendingOne team have always been amazing and part of my business. As a full time real estate investor it isn't always easy getting funding. These guys always come through. I'm not the easiest customer to deal with, but the relationship is super strong and these people know what they're doing. I have learned to really county on them and always look forward to getting the next deal closed. Highly recommend. A++
