Sanela responded to emails when she was missing documents with the following quote… “ You sent an email on Friday at 5:30 pm, we were gone for the day. ” Instead of reading emails over the weekend or on Monday she fell behind and delayed the deal. Very unprofessional. I will not work with Lending One again.
