GBSanela Kanjiza was very difficult to… Sanela Kanjiza was very difficult to work with. Escrow and the insurance company complained about working with her. Sanela responded to emails when she was missing documents with the following quote… “ You sent an email on Friday at 5:30 pm, we were gone for the day. ” Instead of reading emails over the weekend or on Monday she fell behind and delayed the deal. Very unprofessional. I will not work with Lending One again.

GBSmooth quiccess and we got the closing in the time frame I needed. Very good experience working with Justin styler and the processor. Everything went fast according to plan. The only thing that went wrong was I didn't receive the cash back money that I was told originally I would be getting due to rental survey that lending one stated.
