GBCould be better... Initial loan coordinator was unresponsive at times. She also advised initial disclosures would be sent, however it wasn't not done until after they switched coordinators and requested several times. The 2nd coordinator was helpful. Once it came to closing date closing documentation that was sent to title was incorrect. After several changes and 2 hours spent at the closing table my monthly payment for escrows is still incorrect. Overall, I was just happy the deal didn't fall through. It was not a great experience for my first time using a private lending company.

GBNeed more transparency on appraisal and improvement on accuracy of rental rate valuation. Closing process is smooth and no crazy docs requirements. However, appraisal process needs improvements in terms of transparency (at the beginning) on how different parts of the results are applied to the loan terms, and improvements on accuracy of market rental rates to be more aligned to the real market rents of comparable properties. These all affect the DSCR, LTV and interest rate of the loan, can be substantially. These are important numbers that investors don't want to have surprises at the end of the loan process.
