Happy new client Overall experience was fine. Had a little snag trying to open an account on a Saturday but the staff was very helpful and everything was resolved the next business day. Some help files (not videos) would be nice in the Getting Started area and also some online help on how to do the basic functions like add volume to a chart, etc. All in all though I think I will be a satisfied customer for a long time to come :) Thanks !

My broker guided me on the difference… My broker guided me on the difference between the various platforms they offer and which ones would be a good fit for my trading strategy. My questions were answered quickly in simple language that normal people can understand. I look forward to trading the eminis and diving into options later this year.

With all others things equal (choice of platform, cost, speed of execution), I actually am getting support in a timely fashion. Not only do they give near instant response to service needs, but their platform is the most feature rich free platform I have seen in a long while.
