Love the customer service After fifteen years with Interactive Brokers and a short stint with AMP, I find myself at the right place with Ironbeam. With all others things equal (choice of platform, cost, speed of execution), I actually am getting support in a timely fashion. I strongly recommend that people unhappy elsewhere, give Ironbeam a try.

Not only do they give near instant response to service needs, but their platform is the most feature rich free platform I have seen in a long while.
