GBOverall I have been with card for a… Overall I have been with card for a couple years and don’t have problems with anything. I do wish we can have a different mailing address because I personally don’t receive mail at a physical address I use a P.O. Box but card doesn’t offer this. My card is due to expire in 2026 but maybe by then it can change. Also I am enrolled in overdraft protection but it never allows me to do an overdraft which I find odd. But all in all I find it a great way to have an account.

GBTerrible bank This is one of the worst banks I’ve ever dealt with. I had some unauthorized charges on my account and these people denied my dispute claim the same day I filed it so I know they did not do a proper investigation after sending in documentation they still never responded and they denied my claim.

GBWhat I love about premium card. Anytime I call customer service is always very helpful. And I love the fact that I get text messages every time my card is used. It also gives me the balance the time and the date it's so easy to keep track of how much money is used or still left. I thought about going back to a bank but I hesitate because I really like the perks of having premium card. Thank you for having this card with all of its extra perks and your great customer service.
