GBI checked my balance this morning… I checked my balance this morning expecting my 20 bucks to be available but my app tells me that card was cancelled I would really like to know why? I'm on benefits and my bank has to be on point...Please explain what happened and what to do?

GBI have had card for over 4 years now… I have had card for over 4 years now and never had a problem and if did I know from past experiences that it wouldn't stay a problem for long as their customer service team is top notch.
