GBI love my fluffy card because the girl… I love my fluffy card because the girl is beautiful and I love sweets so that is were the cupcakes come in. I love how if I have a problem customer service is there to answer any questions I have. I lost my card and they made sure is was cancelled and sent me a new card

GBI checked my balance this morning… I checked my balance this morning expecting my 20 bucks to be available but my app tells me that card was cancelled I would really like to know why? I'm on benefits and my bank has to be on point...Please explain what happened and what to do?

GBWhat I love about premium card. Anytime I call customer service is always very helpful. And I love the fact that I get text messages every time my card is used. It also gives me the balance the time and the date it's so easy to keep track of how much money is used or still left. I thought about going back to a bank but I hesitate because I really like the perks of having premium card. Thank you for having this card with all of its extra perks and your great customer service.
