She is, for lack of better words, the blueprint of what a great customer service representative should be, and this comes from someone who worked in the field for quite some time. The lady I spoke to Astrid, I hope I spelt her name correctly, was very understanding, empathetic and helpful and professional. Then Charles who took my payment was very nice and professional too.

James - sincerely, genuinely friendly James was sincerely and genuinely friendly and warm, while also demonstrating detailed knowledge of the speed at which various forms of payment go through. He was able to quickly cancel bank payment so I could then pay with a debit card. It really was one of the most pleasant and fun exchanges I've ever had with a credit card company.
