GBIf I could give this company no stars I… If I could give this company no stars I would. The customer service is horrible. I applied for the card and accidentally sent the wrong address because I was in the process of relocating to a different address. The card went to the incorrect address. When I called to have it corrected, I got an automated machine that gave no options on what dept I needed to go to. Then after the second attempt it asked for an account number which I didn't have. So, I had to go online and call another number the customer service rep transferred me back to the automated machine! So, I called the number again to get a hold of an actual person, they tell me they can't correct my address and issue me another card. They say they need proof of address for my security. I'M THE ONE CALLING IT IN!!! Like what sense does that make?!?!? I told them to just refund my application fee. And I will apply for another credit card. I have a feeling I really dodged a bullet with this one.

GBAutumn was wonderful Autumn was kind, prepared, attentive, knowledgeable, prompt and amazingly capable. She is, for lack of better words, the blueprint of what a great customer service representative should be, and this comes from someone who worked in the field for quite some time. To summarize, give Autumn a raise-and a promotion. She rocks!

GBI was in debt to them because of… I was in debt to them because of recent, tragic, unexpected circumstances which caused me financial hardship until i found a job. The lady I spoke to Astrid, I hope I spelt her name correctly, was very understanding, empathetic and helpful and professional. Then Charles who took my payment was very nice and professional too.

GBPotential $800 limit What an exceptional credit product.. Sure I agree with everyone that the initial fees are next to outrageous but since I'm working on rebuilding my credit it's understandable that they're taking a risk and there's a price for the risk... BUT.. where else can you get a card with a $400 limit and 6 months later have it turn into an $800 limit which works wonders for your Utilization Ratio bringing your score up... As long as you don't charge up your new $800 limit, otherwise you'll be in the same boat and actually pretty borderline stupid... So take advantage of this great $800 opportunity.
