GBJames - sincerely, genuinely friendly James was sincerely and genuinely friendly and warm, while also demonstrating detailed knowledge of the speed at which various forms of payment go through. He was able to quickly cancel bank payment so I could then pay with a debit card. It really was one of the most pleasant and fun exchanges I've ever had with a credit card company.
