Exceptional Service! I was considering cancelling my card and giving up on FIT due to the terrible service I had gotten from a previous representative today. I called back and God did me a favor today he blessed me with being able to speak with Regina. She was knowledgeable kind and had an amazing willingness to assist. She took the time out to educate me on how FIT MasterCard could certainly be a great asset in rebuilding my credit. I appreciate the superb level of service I received today from Regina. She definitely turned my frown upside down. I explore you not to let her fantastic efforts go unnoticed.

My card has been locked for 4 weeks now… My card has been locked for 4 weeks now for no reason. I sent the requested information 3 weeks ago and I’ve been getting ignored ever since. I was told this time it would be unlocked last Wednesday. Haven’t had access to my card for a month now. Everyone I have talked to is acting as if they don’t have any idea what’s going on. Not sure what to do.
