Exceptional Service! I was considering cancelling my card and giving up on FIT due to the terrible service I had gotten from a previous representative today. I called back and God did me a favor today he blessed me with being able to speak with Regina. She was knowledgeable kind and had an amazing willingness to assist. She took the time out to educate me on how FIT MasterCard could certainly be a great asset in rebuilding my credit. I appreciate the superb level of service I received today from Regina. He was able to quickly cancel bank payment so I could then pay with a debit card. It really was one of the most pleasant and fun exchanges I've ever had with a credit card company.
