The lady I spoke to Astrid, I hope I spelt her name correctly, was very understanding, empathetic and helpful and professional. Then Charles who took my payment was very nice and professional too.

The customer service with this company…was TERRIBLE The customer service with this company was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! They could care less about the customer. Each of my experiences (several times I contacted them) calling customer service was met with rudeness and total disrespect. “I” paid off my balance, “I” had my account closed and then cut up the card! Terrible experience. And yes, I paid my account on time every time. Bye the way, that same guy… just hung up the phone one me…again! Just terrible! One star is too much! I scratch my head at the other reviews. Not my experiences.
