GBExtremely pre meditated prejudicial company blaming tech. Paid for services on 3/26/24.Internally,and unbeknownst to me,was already denied of use of card.Emailed executives who review these issues that went unanswered since 3/28/24.With bank statement proof of payment deducted from account.This affected my already poor credit.

GBExceptional Service! I was considering cancelling my card and giving up on FIT due to the terrible service I had gotten from a previous representative today. I called back and God did me a favor today he blessed me with being able to speak with Regina. She was knowledgeable kind and had an amazing willingness to assist. She took the time out to educate me on how FIT MasterCard could certainly be a great asset in rebuilding my credit. I appreciate the superb level of service I received today from Regina.
