GBDeceptive advertising?? Several companies advertise a certain rate per kilowatt hour - but that’s not the actual rate. The fine print mentions electric delivery service charges. So if an a company is saying 9 cents/kw hr, that’s not really the case. It may be closer to 17 cents/kw hr. This appears deceptive. Just give the actual amt per kw hr that the consumer is going to pay.

GBCompany didn’t receive order Supposed to submit the order for service but TXU never received it. Had to call them directly to setup service
