I bought a challenge but couldn't login… I bought a challenge but couldn't login to MT5 because the correct server didn't pop up for the broker's demo account by default. I didn't realize you have to select the server and change it manually. A customer service rep actually sent me a screen recording on how to change the server (after a few emails of me telling him it wasn't working - I'm kinda slow sometimes), and I was able to login. They shutdown Had 3 ongoing challenges with them. My account got frozen yesterday morning. Said wrong user name / password. Raised a ticket with them. No response for a day. Today morning when i woke, got an email from them saying "Secure The Bag has temporarily ceased all operations, including new purchases, effective immediately. This means all STB related services have been terminated effective immediately." I have lodged 3 separate tickets for refunds from 3 ongoing challenges. While i wait on them, going to raise a dispute with bank.

Hello Great company, always quick responses from staff, obviously the main man swaggy keep doing your thing. I have never encountered any problem with these folks, one of if not the most greatest prop firm out there.
