I had an appointment, was greeted by Connor and advised to put my silver coinage on a counter top while he finished up with his previous customer. After a short wait, my coins were processed expediently. I’ve had a lot of retail experience and easily recognize a well run business. Your Issaquah location fits in that category. Will be back when silver hits $25 oz.

Later I came to her, she helped me with a tiny bit of gold and gaining trust I came back with coins from the estate. Ring resizing made quick and easy! Went to the Bellevue location to inquire about a ring resizing for an engagement ring and had a wonderful and very helpful experience. Smooth as could be. Went in to the Lynwood location and spent a couple hours with Taylor from BRC and ended up selling him a ton of stuff. Taylor was very knowledgeable and patient with us going over prices of a wide variety of items. Felt very comfortable with the whole experience. Will be back with another haul of goods to sell someday.
