Would NOT recommend Forgot her name but I went in for a 15 min free “appraisal” the employee barely acknowledged the coins that I have. She did not value them for the quality/history/errors. She did not seem very knowledgeable on coins. Just on the gold/silver/platinum pricing. I would not recommend taking a collection or estate to them. I’m glad I took the free appraisal promotion instead. Gives a good idea that they just want to buy instead of thoroughly help a collector.

Phenomenal Customer Service We went to the Tacoma location this past Saturday, and learning from experience, we had made an appointment. She was courteous, professional and came across as caring about our questions. She took the time to answer every question completely. Theresa excels at putting people at ease. As a result, we decided to sell some of our silver coins and were very pleased with the results. We've been here twice and will absolutely return. Amazing customer service, fair and honest pricing - who could ask for more? We could - we'll also ask if Theresa is working that day and of not, we'll reschedule to a day when she is!

Helping customers that do not have the knowledge My daugher and I came in last Wednesday, we were smart to make an appointment. We didn't have to wait long. We had just finished cleaning 62 years of stuff out of my in laws home and came across lots of jewelry and coins. We met with Jon Caparino at the Bellevue location and he was fantastic. I had a huge shopping bag full and let him know, we didn't have the knowledge if anything was valuable and he was patient and explained the process. We were very satisfied and would definitely come back again!

Smooth as could be. Went in to the Lynwood location and spent a couple hours with Taylor from BRC and ended up selling him a ton of stuff. Taylor was very knowledgeable and patient with us going over prices of a wide variety of items. Felt very comfortable with the whole experience. Will be back with another haul of goods to sell someday.
