I attempted several times and was instructed to leave a message and someone would return the call. To date (2 weeks later) still no call. I missed the opportunity to catch the gold and siler at it's recent lows. In store has always been professional.

After a short wait, my coins were processed expediently. I’ve had a lot of retail experience and easily recognize a well run business. Your Issaquah location fits in that category.
