GBCreated a fiasco for me Created a fiasco for me. Gave me incorrect % terms info on new service I selected. Was much higher than they quoted. Disenrolled me immed from current provider. Dd not have new provider to start til 5/24, then changed that again I gave them start/stop date, which they ignored. On the phone 4 hours with new prover and center Point to straighten out. Thankfully I. have a whole house generator, so we were not without electricity. Good thing, as spouse on oxygen. I wish I could give them zero stars. Horrible experience. I don't know if they sold me a bill of goods to get order or just not trained. I personally had to straighten out the mess they made, and did not get the % they quoted. Much higher. I am filing a complaint with our local BBB, as well as putting this on our 2 neighborhood FB Groups, and Yelp.

GBMath You should allow users to input an annual consumption profile rather than just picking a single number. My average consumption is 1400 kWh but I only broke 1000 4 times last year so your site wrongly suggested that a bill credit plan was best but actually fixed fee was better by $800 / year
