GBZERO Stars for ZERO Correspondence I signed up with 4change energy and have yet to receive any type of correspondence regarding the change. I have no contact info, no account number and no confirmation of this change from our current provider. I have zero confidence in this company and am choosing another provider and plan.

GBMath You should allow users to input an annual consumption profile rather than just picking a single number. My average consumption is 1400 kWh but I only broke 1000 4 times last year so your site wrongly suggested that a bill credit plan was best but actually fixed fee was better by $800 / year
