GBHorrendous customer service Horrendous customer service. Their website is difficult to navigate and good luck trying to get any helpful responses. I tried calling to no avail and chatting with agent is impossible. Still dont have an answer! How do companies like this survive!!!!!

He was patient and explained what was necessary. He made sure that I understood the home purchase process with pre-approval.
