GBI needed to make a big payment I needed to make a big payment. The person that I finally talked to did a very good job. So, with the actual person who assisted me, good job! However, getting to that person, was an exercise in patience, because the phone routing totally sucks. I should not be stuck in a loop when keep saying I want to speak to an agent. say payment, then takes to to the automated payment, no... I want an agent... over and over and over. Agent or customer service request needs to go immediately to a live person, or at least into a que. It is this reliance on the automated systems that drive people away.

GBThe lady I spoke with was very helpful with a website that is very tedious and confusing The lady I spoke with was very kind, knowledgeable and patience. She walked me through the website so I could EASILY find where I needed to be and stayed with me until I filled in the form properly and also explained that it is NOT a beneficiary change.

GBWrong payment Your company sent payment to cover my hazard insurance to the wrong address. As such, Farmers Insurance was about to cancel my coverage. When I finally got passed your computer software and reached a live person, Abby, your agent was helpful. She discovered the problem, and sent in another payment to the correct address for Farmers. The problem should be resolved, but I will not be sure until I hear from Farmers. This issue should never have happened in the first place.

GBI had to call no fewer than 5 times… I had to call no fewer than 5 times with different problems I was having regarding one issue! Each time, the representative was very helpful and patient with me. I am elderly and not very electronically inclined! Thank you, Mr. Cooper staff!!
