She also submitted a note about my complaint, which is that the customer should be able to pay the complete shortage of escrow and retain the existing monthly payment amount. She stated that they can't have us prepay taxes. Excuse me, but an escrow account is exactly for the purpose of prepaying!

Wrong payment Your company sent payment to cover my hazard insurance to the wrong address. As such, Farmers Insurance was about to cancel my coverage. When I finally got passed your computer software and reached a live person, Abby, your agent was helpful. She discovered the problem, and sent in another payment to the correct address for Farmers. The problem should be resolved, but I will not be sure until I hear from Farmers. This issue should never have happened in the first place.

I was not happy about being transferred… I was not happy about being transferred to another company. I talked to a lady ( very informative & pleasant). She calm me down and assisted me with the information I needed to know. I think her name is Pretty,no sure.
