She was able to put my mind at ease and assured me that personnel would be available to answer my phone calls. The company realizes that not all of their customers are tech savvy. Some are "old school" and prefer that human touch. I look forward to being a client and feel Mr Cooper is a good fit for my home mortgage needs.

GBHorrendous customer service Horrendous customer service. Their website is difficult to navigate and good luck trying to get any helpful responses. I tried calling to no avail and chatting with agent is impossible. Still dont have an answer! How do companies like this survive!!!!!

GBThe lady I spoke with was very helpful with a website that is very tedious and confusing The lady I spoke with was very kind, knowledgeable and patience. She walked me through the website so I could EASILY find where I needed to be and stayed with me until I filled in the form properly and also explained that it is NOT a beneficiary change.
