GBThe rep I spoke with was very nice and… The rep I spoke with was very nice and knew what she was talking about. She also submitted a note about my complaint, which is that the customer should be able to pay the complete shortage of escrow and retain the existing monthly payment amount. She stated that they can't have us prepay taxes. Excuse me, but an escrow account is exactly for the purpose of prepaying!

GBI needed to make a big payment I needed to make a big payment. The person that I finally talked to did a very good job. So, with the actual person who assisted me, good job! However, getting to that person, was an exercise in patience, because the phone routing totally sucks. I should not be stuck in a loop when keep saying I want to speak to an agent. say payment, then takes to to the automated payment, no... I want an agent... over and over and over. Agent or customer service request needs to go immediately to a live person, or at least into a que. It is this reliance on the automated systems that drive people away.

GBALL MONTHLY PAYMENTS MADE NOT SHOWN TOTAL OF 7 unable to have our payment record updated to reflect payments made over the last 7 months,we have sent in copies of bank money orders several times,made many calls,did the request to have a review, spoke with the law firm and sent them all the info still no help from anyone.it seems our payments are being held to force us into foreclosure.requested a face to face meeting to sort this out but was told Rushmore does not do this and we should contact HUD

GBMortgaging with Mr Cooper apologies to "Hanging with Mr. Cooper What made my first interaction with Mr Cooper great was the friendliness of the customer service rep I spoke with. She was able to put my mind at ease and assured me that personnel would be available to answer my phone calls. The company realizes that not all of their customers are tech savvy. Some are "old school" and prefer that human touch. I look forward to being a client and feel Mr Cooper is a good fit for my home mortgage needs.

GBI was not happy about being transferred… I was not happy about being transferred to another company. I talked to a lady ( very informative & pleasant). She calm me down and assisted me with the information I needed to know. I think her name is Pretty,no sure.
