Mortgaging with Mr Cooper apologies to "Hanging with Mr. Cooper What made my first interaction with Mr Cooper great was the friendliness of the customer service rep I spoke with. She was able to put my mind at ease and assured me that personnel would be available to answer my phone calls. The company realizes that not all of their customers are tech savvy. Some are "old school" and prefer that human touch. I look forward to being a client and feel Mr Cooper is a good fit for my home mortgage needs.

Horrendous customer service Horrendous customer service. Their website is difficult to navigate and good luck trying to get any helpful responses. I tried calling to no avail and chatting with agent is impossible. Still dont have an answer! How do companies like this survive!!!!!
