Wrong Item sent (4 times) I ordered a GoPro Hero 11 Creator Edition, this is the forth time that I have received the wrong item.Even though I have informed the support representative of the issue each time the replacement has been incorrect. I can only assume that it's an inventory control issue. Last time I will use your services. Not worth the headache and poor response time with no actual solution.

Excellent Purchasing power was fast and friendly. They sell affordable inexpensive products . The merchandise is top dollar quality as well.

I called because my shipping order… I called because my shipping order wasn’t right is a customer service put me on hold for over 30 minutes and never came back. I’ll call back spoke to another person and she hung up. I had to call back and the person was able to help me. I think the customer service needs some really Improvement

purchasing power is horible i ordered… purchasing power is horible i ordered tires from them and the company they use tire buyer shipped my 4 tires from three different locations causing me to wait weeks only to be called and told by tire buyer and purchasing power that the tires were there only to get to pep boys and see that they werent. i got fed up and had tire buyer come get the tires back only to have purchasing power bill me payments and tell me that they cant see the tires were sent back. purchasing power has the worst customer service agents and never can you speak with a supervisor. they get their products from vendors and add 300 to 500 dollars of over head on the price but they will tell u that they dont charge interest. RUN FROM PURCHASING POWER RUN
