Purchasing Power offers an industry-leading employee purchase program. From its inception, the company has helped private and public employees buy important products through installment payments via payroll deduction. We’ve always been more than an employee store; our goal as a voluntary benefit provider is to help people build a better life. Our payroll deduction purchasing program was one of the first of its kind. Originally we sold only computers, but over the years we expanded our catalog to include thousands of products and services--from electronics to major appliances, from furniture to vacation packages--made easier through automatic paycheck deduction.

Ordered a dinning room set and couches… Ordered a dinning room set and couches for my apartment. Upgraded for any room delivery . Was dropped off on my front porch!!! Had no help to carry them in. Called and they said it’s not their problem it’s the delivery company. Missing a couch from the picture and they are just giving me a run around. So disappointing after waiting 5 weeks for these couches and I had to wait for someone to come help me. I really feel like I can’t get anyone to help me in customer service. Said the supervisor is not in.

No return, replacement or resolved issue. Pool Table I ordered a pool table. It took 15days by freight to arrive. It came in multiple boxes. The driver refused to open up the boxes because, "They were to heavy." The table was NOT assembled. So, I had to get on a waiting list for a billiards company to put the table together. I was on the list for 2/12 months. When they opened the box the frame was cracked in half. I called the company and was told I had 30 days to return the item. I explained that NOONE could move the boxes, the freight driver didn't open the item, and I was on a wait list from the billiard company who just opened the box and it was broken. I was brushed off and told there was nothing that anyone could do. So, I am stuck with a $4,000 broken in the box pool table. That can't be returned, replaced or set up. NEVER HAVE I experienced such poor customer care. Do NOT ORDER a pool table from this company. Go to a billiards supply store and get it.

I purchased a CyberPower gaming PC on… I purchased a CyberPower gaming PC on purchasing power for Christmas of 2023. They made my experience seamless to ensure a wonderful gift for my son. In addition, the PC runs so fast and smoothly. I would definitely recommend Purchasing Power and CyberPower.
