Purchasing Power offers an industry-leading employee purchase program. From its inception, the company has helped private and public employees buy important products through installment payments via payroll deduction. We’ve always been more than an employee store; our goal as a voluntary benefit provider is to help people build a better life. Our payroll deduction purchasing program was one of the first of its kind. Originally we sold only computers, but over the years we expanded our catalog to include thousands of products and services--from electronics to major appliances, from furniture to vacation packages--made easier through automatic paycheck deduction.

Ordered a dinning room set and couches… Ordered a dinning room set and couches for my apartment. Upgraded for any room delivery . Was dropped off on my front porch!!! Had no help to carry them in. Called and they said it’s not their problem it’s the delivery company. Missing a couch from the picture and they are just giving me a run around. So disappointing after waiting 5 weeks for these couches and I had to wait for someone to come help me. I really feel like I can’t get anyone to help me in customer service. Said the supervisor is not in.

I called because my shipping order… I called because my shipping order wasn’t right is a customer service put me on hold for over 30 minutes and never came back. I’ll call back spoke to another person and she hung up. I had to call back and the person was able to help me. I think the customer service needs some really Improvement
