GBOrdered a dinning room set and couches… Ordered a dinning room set and couches for my apartment. Upgraded for any room delivery . Was dropped off on my front porch!!! Had no help to carry them in. Called and they said it’s not their problem it’s the delivery company. Missing a couch from the picture and they are just giving me a run around. So disappointing after waiting 5 weeks for these couches and I had to wait for someone to come help me. I really feel like I can’t get anyone to help me in customer service. Said the supervisor is not in.

GBNo return, replacement or resolved issue. Pool Table I ordered a pool table. It took 15days by freight to arrive. It came in multiple boxes. The driver refused to open up the boxes because, "They were to heavy." The table was NOT assembled. So, I had to get on a waiting list for a billiards company to put the table together. I was on the list for 2/12 months. When they opened the box the frame was cracked in half. I called the company and was told I had 30 days to return the item. I explained that NOONE could move the boxes, the freight driver didn't open the item, and I was on a wait list from the billiard company who just opened the box and it was broken. I was brushed off and told there was nothing that anyone could do. So, I am stuck with a $4,000 broken in the box pool table. That can't be returned, replaced or set up. NEVER HAVE I experienced such poor customer care. Do NOT ORDER a pool table from this company. Go to a billiards supply store and get it.
