5 star for ANDY Most RTS people are nice and efficient, especially Andy. He is really helpful and good at solving issues. RTS need more people like Andy, who can make custom feel comfort and trustworthy.

Everyone that I worked with was extremely responsive to emails and phone calls. All questions were answered within a reasonable time. Someone was always available to take my call and help me understand exactly what to do, the right way.

Get away as far as possible. Factoring company which instead of helping, is drowning it's small clients. Under excuse that they can't confirm the rate with the broker, they don't pay out the submission. We offered to help in reaching out to the broker, to speed up the process, but team 64 never responded and the supervisor doesn't answer the phone.
