RTS Factory The first word for this company is that they are liars, the second is that they deceive you so they can entangle you, the other is that when you want to leave, they don't respond to your request and never send you their release letter. Wonderful Service Jimeka Owens was the manager who helped us set up our account and was very communicative and helpful, even sat on the phone with me to ensure I understood everything and offered to help anytime in the future.

Worst mistake my company made hiring rts as our factoring co. Don't sign because rts has a $5000 buyout very unprofessional t I give rts a 0 once you sign they have a $5000 buyout if your dissatisfied and want to leave before your contact expires. My contract expires 5-28-2024. I ask for a release now rts is saying my contract expires 5-28-2025 "Forgery" 5 months ago OTR was going to factor us but since contract hadn't expired with rts and $5000 I wasn't going to pay out my pocket. So we decided to stay till May. It's so much negative views I don't have time to write it all.

5 star for ANDY Most RTS people are nice and efficient, especially Andy. He is really helpful and good at solving issues. RTS need more people like Andy, who can make custom feel comfort and trustworthy.
